5 April 2012 – The SRA will commence the revocation process in mid-April. If you or your firm have not yet renewed, you should do so immediately. A significant number of sole practitioners have not completed the renewals/ recognition process; we will try to contact such individuals shortly to offer help.
If you do not wish to renew your practising certificate or recognition, you must let us know by completing a notification of non-renewal form. If you have been practising since 1 November 2011, you are required to renew.
