Account activation

Who can activate an account
The following members of our regulated community should have already activated their mySRA accounts using the activation codes sent last year:
- solicitors,
- registered European lawyers,
- registered foreign lawyers,
- non-lawyer managers,
- other lawyer managers.
If you belong to one of the groups above and have not yet activated your account, please follow the instructions below, under Getting an activation code and Activating your account.
If you do not belong to one of the groups above, please visit Getting started with mySRA.
Getting an activation code
To obtain a new activation code, please complete our Activation key lost form. You will receive a letter from the SRA containing a new activation code in five to seven working days.

If you have questions about activating your account, please contact us on 0870 606 2555 (in the telephone message menu, select Option 2, followed by Option 2, again). Our advisers will talk through the activation process with you.
